Climate emergency, aid and health in West Africa

The Climate Action Accelerator organised (in partnership with ALIMA) a regional gathering to share experiences and accelerate action on climate and the environment in West Africa and the Sahel, bringing together aid and health actors.  

During this day of round tables, working groups and a solutions village, we were able to discuss the needs of populations in the face of the climate emergency and the priorities actions required to move forward faster, and to share the experiences and concrete solutions of different actors committed to climate action and building resilience.

📝 Finally, we’ll soon be sharing the event report with you, where we recap the event and the working groups, map the solutions village and share the impact of the waste reduction measures put in place.
